Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound shell pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season the Alfredo sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked shell pasta and steak bites to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your steak bites and shell pasta in garlic butter Alfredo sauce!
Notes
For a richer sauce, add a splash of white cooking stock. You can substitute the sirloin steak with chicken or shrimp. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
